What happens if it rains?

A little rain is alright but we work together with you to make a responsible decision. Rescheduling is always an option. We usually are able to move setup and collection times to avoid the rain. If there are thunderstorms or winds greater than 20 mph the rental must be rescheduled.

Are your rentals per day or hour?

Our prices are per unit/per day. We attempt to meet all of customers needs based on our availability. Whether you need the unit 2 hours or 8 hours the price is the same as long as we can agree on delivery and collection times that meet our schedule. We allow overnight rentals at no extra cost if scheduling allows and the unit will be at a residence or in a secured venue.

Do you require a deposit?

No, with the exception of holiday theme units ( Frozen, Frosty the Bounce House, Pumpkin Bounce House, Winter Maze or Spooky Maze.) We do require the rental agreement signed to secure the booking. We do require 24 hour notice before the event for cancellations or the invoice needs paid in full. Holiday themed units require $50.00 deposit per unit.

Are you insured?

Yes, we have general liability. Certificate available upon request. We are also able to provide an Additional Insured Coverage for an additional fee when requested.

Safety is our priority. Our units are inspected annually and certified by the Ohio Department of Agriculture Ride Safety and SIOTO, ensuring a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone. We sweep and sanitize every unit after EVERY use. We complete set-up and takedown to meet state safety regulations.

Is the foaming agent safe?

Yes. The foam used for the Foam Slip-N-Slide and Foam Dance Pit is 100% organic. It doesn't stain.The solution used for foam is a surfactant blend. It is found in bubble bath and shampoo as a foaming agent however without additives for cleaning. The foaming agent is not harmful to eyes, environment, or skin. The foaming agent washes away easily with water.Goggles are recommended for children to see clearly during foam play.

Do you bring an extension cord?

Yes. We bring a 100 ft. extension cord per inflatable. If the cord is unable to reach the power source, a generator is needed ( state law

No, we don't supply a water hose however we occasionally have a spare though not guaranteed.

Do you provide attendants for events?

Yes, when requested for an additional cost. Please contact us for more information if interested in adding event attendants.
